Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Free Standard Shipping: Available on Australian orders over $100 AUD.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched:

Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. WarDad Pty Ltd is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@war-dad.com and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
