At WarDad, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at ash@war-dad.com to initiate a return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
